“EMOTIONS EXPLAINED; OBSESSION is explained as nothing but an “Illusion”
Our series on EMOTIONS EXPLAINED” will bring about the necessary change required fo ALL readers to participate to the maximum potential possible during the 30 DAY ADVENTURE.
This LIFE changing 30 DAYS will take a few of us beyond “who we think we are”.
The importance of the 30 DAY ADVENTURE will only be understood in its proper context by a very few of those who read these words.
That is no-ones fault because we are ALL where we are at this time.
Some are ready to move on to a new level of Observance while others are still connected to their STORY of who they are.
Some of those who participate will think they are ready but will not finish the 30 DAYS.
Others will take part and reach the FULL potential possible for them at the stage of development they can be. at this time.
No matter if we are reading this newspaper for the first time or if we have a friend who we can help through the process this 30 DAY ADVENTURE is open to ALL people.
Let us take a look at an EMOTION that perhaps is not on any list of EMOTIONS of any PSYCHIATRIST or THERAPIST within the Physical Domain.
This EMOTION is OBSESSION or OBSESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.
We believe that OBSESSION is an EMOTION for the following reasons;
1) “OBSESSION has its own ADDICTIVE feelings.
2) OBSESSION is a never ending FEELING of not being happy or at PEACE at any time.
4) OBSESSION is connected completely with attempting to repair PAST experiences or is attempting to force FUTURE events to happen.
5) OBSESSION never stops controlling our LIVES and does not allow the PRESENT moment to enter our nervous systems.”
ALL of the above are reasons that we believe make OBSESSION an EMOTION in its own right.
There are many behaviours that take in the EMOTION of OBSESSION so we ask that we read a previous article which will help us to better understand where and how we can become aware of its influence in our LIVES.

Topic – “Phobias,Disorders and Isms – not another one!!”
This is a topic that will bring great relief to everyone connected to the sufferers of Phobias, Disorders or “Isms” as we shall call them.
In recent years, according to Medical reports, they are reaching epidemic proportion.
The attachment the “Illusion” takes from “Isms” and the cure that the understanding PSYCHEGNOSIS gives them will be our discussion today.
The power over our whole bodily systems that the mind has is already documented in detail on other articles within PSYCHEGNOSIS NEWS.
To believe that our thoughts are who we are can and do cause these “Isms”.
The “Illusion” loves the idea and is quick to take any symptom and turn it into some illness.
What happens in a lot of treatments is that the symptom is given credence by being given the “Ism” which then becomes a story which is told over and over again in the mind as well as by telling everyone they meet.
After a while the body acts out the part that the story tells and actually develops other symptoms connected with the “Ism” they have been told they have.
It’s similar to the many people that I’m sure the reader has met who says “every year I get the FLU or some other illness”.
Lo and behold guess what?
Yes, they get exactly the result they said they would.
The illness that they predicted happens.
The more precisely they tell their story the more precise the result.
They enjoy the illness and actually relish getting the feeling of importance they get from it.
The body obeys the vibrational signals that are sent to it thus “Isms” are a result.
The results are the opposite when people don’t tell a story over and over in their head.
This article does not wish to demean anyone who say they have a problem but simply ask them to try a new approach.
This approach is simple and easy to do.
It requires no drugs or effort.
It requires two simple exercises which can take us away from our thoughts.
The use of our breathing is involved.
PSYCHEGNOSIS must also be understood for what it is.
This will incur a state change in our body which will result in a different outcome and give it the direction needed to let the body repair itself.
