EXACTITUDE; The VOICES we BELIEVE are “who we are” – OBSESSIONS!(39)
What do you THINK about most often?
What makes you BEHAVE the way you do?
Why do we CONSTANTLY say or do things we seem to have NO CONTROL over?
Why do we make DECISIONS that we know we will REGRET but CONTINUE to make these DECISIONS?
What is your OBSESSION(s)?
Every OBSESSION we have is TOTALLY and UTTERLY in every way CONNECTED to our “STORY”!
Our “STORY” is the ROOT CAUSE of every HABIT and BEHAVIOUR that we have!
Our “STORY” is what makes our every DECISION!
Our “STORY” is DOMINATING our LIVES here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN!
Our “STORY” is NOT “who we are”!
To FULLY UNDERSTAND and COMPREHEND that our “STORY” is NOT “who we are” is the only way we can be FREE from our OBSESSION(s)!
The QUESTION is; HOW DO WE CONTROL OUR OBSESSION(s)?
The only way to do this is to be an OBSERVER of every EMOTION that goes through our NERVOUS SYSTEM because that way we can then COMPREHEND that every EMOTIONAL VIBRATION is only an EMOTIONAL VIBRATION that we PREVIOUSLY had DECIDED to BELIEVE was “who we were”!
Please let us remind you the READER at this time that these ARTICLES are pieces of INFORMATION that are part of a SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH into the claims made by this newspaper that “The LAW of PSYCHEGNOSIS” in its purest form is a NATURAL LAW the same as GRAVITY in that it has an INSTANT EFFECT on how we can DISCOVER both PEACE and HAPPINESS in an INSTANT by putting this NATURAL LAW to the TEST.

(THIS IS PART 411 OF THE INFORMATION REQUIRED, FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO PSYCHEGNOSIS – PLEASE SHARE)
A SPECIAL MESSAGE to ALL of MANKIND; The SOURCE of EVERY OBSESSION, is our ‘STORY’! (Part 411)
MANKIND has been TREATING their EMOTIONAL OUTPUT for thousands of years by THERAPIES that are DANGEROUS and are actually strengthening the PROBLEM!
Every TIME we give BLAME to any of our EMOTIONS as being a PROBLEM, we are CREATING a MONSTER that will STOP at NOTHING to take over our MIND!
Every TIME we; MEDICATE – MEDITATE and ANALYSE any of our EMOTIONAL IMPULSES we are FEEDING and NOURISHING the MONSTER!
Every STRATEGY we use to CONCEAL or CHANGE our EMOTIONAL IMPULSES helps the MONSTER to be more CUNNING!
The only SOLUTION to prevent CREATING a MONSTER(s) is to REALISE that our EMOTIONAL IMPULSES are NOT “who we are”.
Our EMOTIONS are pieces of VIBRATIONAL INFORMATION that we have TRANSLATED into our ‘STORY’.
Our ‘STORY’ is our VERSION of LIFE.
It is only the same as another persons VERSION of their VIBRATIONAL IMPULSES.
It is only a ‘STORY’!
No more, no less!
Without a ‘STORY’ there would be no OBSESSION.
OBSESSION is BELIEVING our ‘STORY’.
When we REMOVE our BELIEF in our ‘STORY’ the OBSESSION will CEASE to EXIST!
Every THERAPY that FOCUSES on the ‘STORY’ is FEEDING the MONSTER!
A previous article from OCTOBER 2009. has more INFORMATION in RELATION to why OBSESSIONS will CEASE to EXIST when we REALISE that they are only an end product of our INSANE BELIEF in our ‘STORY’;
OCTOBER 7TH 2009,
“EMOTIONS EXPLAINED;The “STORY” we constantly repeat is the cause of EVERY OBSESSION”.
Every living thing in the Physical Domain has a birth and it has a death.
This is no different when it concerns a thought.
A thought needs nourishment and would not survive if it is not given the attention required for it to become a fully grown “STORY”.
When we focus on any thought it develops into a FEELING and then into an EMOTION and becomes part of “who we think we are.”
This is how we gain knowledge and is part of nature and is the way it was meant to be.
For the Emotion of OBSESSION to become something that controls our lives it requires constant attention and the only way it can get this is by creating a “STORY”.
The “STORY” is the OBSESSION because without the “STORY” it has no substance and therefore cannot be an OBSESSION.
Every “STORY” starts its LIFE as a thought.
So to prevent it becoming an OBSESSION we need to stop feeding the thought.
The Question is how do we know that we have an OBSESSION?
This is impossible to know if we believe our “STORY”.
The “STORY” only wants to know or have information that makes our “STORY” stronger.
The “STORY” goes in search of more information that agrees and strengthens it and disregards any EVIDENCE to the contrary.
Our “STORY” is the OBSESSION not the OBSESSION itself.
The OBSESSIONAL behaviour does not need treated as it is only a symptom.
When we treat any symptom we are only feeding it.
Every treatment used in the Physical world treats the symptom and does not treat the source.
Our “STORY” does not care what kind of food it retrieves as long as it is given attention, which is the food it needs to survive.
PSYCHIATRY looks at our PAST history and feeds our “STORY”.
SELF HELP and POSITIVE THINKING tries to treat one EMOTION with another EMOTION.
MEDICATION only masks the symptom, and is only a temporary fix which is extremely dangerous to both our mental and physical welfare.
The only true way of ridding ourselves of the OBSESSION is to starve the OBSESSION.
We then weaken it so that it does not have a stranglehold over our mind and it loses its control over us.
When we realise that our “STORY” is the source of EVERY OBSESSION that has ever existed, we then are instantly FREE from the OBSESSIVE behaviour.
There is an abundance of information within the pages of this newspaper that will help those who are afflicted by their “STORY”.
The final Statement from our February 2009, article titled;,Phobias Disorders and Isms – not another one!!” where we reveal two solutions to the problems that OBSESSION are causing Mankind.
Below in BOLD TYPE is our final Statement, and we ask that we read with an open mind so that our “STORY” does not prevent us from having the Peace it contains within the words;
“The results are the opposite when people don’t tell a story over and over in their head.
This article does not wish to demean anyone who say they have a problem but simply ask them to try a new approach.
This approach is simple and easy to do.
It requires no drugs or effort.
It requires two simple exercises which can take us away from our thoughts.
The use of our breathing is involved.
PSYCHEGNOSIS must also be understood for what it is.
This will incur a state change in our body which will result in a different outcome and give it the direction needed to let the body repair itself.

We will be looking at how breathing and becoming observers are the only solution for OBSESSION over the next few days.
We desire ALL Mankind to be FREE from their OBSESSION.
