EXACTITUDE; The VOICES we BELIEVE are “who we are” – FEAR! (33)
FEAR is a “VOICE” we all have STORED within our SUB-CONSCIOUS and is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for our SURVIVAL here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
Without FEAR our lives would be fraught with DANGER.
The IMPORTANCE of having FEAR in our STORAGE UNIT cannot be UNDERESTIMATED but at the same time must not be MISTAKEN for “who we are”!
FEAR like any EMOTION will take over our NERVOUS SYSTEM as well as our THINKING MIND if we FEED it with any THOUGHTS of a similar NATURE!
Our “STORY” is the CAUSE of any EMOTION being MISTAKEN for “who we are” and by CONSTANTLY going over any EVENT or EXPERIENCE we are REINFORCING that EVENT and giving it POWER over our BEHAVIOUR and also our HEALTH will be EFFECTED with a CHEMICAL REACTION within our NERVOUS SYSTEM!
Our “STORY” is only a “STORY” that we have FABRICATED as being “who we are” and is due to our THINKING MIND looking for ANSWERS to the EMOTIONAL VIBRATIONS that flow through our AMAZING PHYSICAL BODY!
If we ALLOW our EMOTIONAL VIBRATIONS to FLOW and at the same time REALISE that that they are only pieces of INFORMATION we can be FREE from FEAR and any other VOICE that our THINKING MIND has FABRICATED!

“SPECIAL MESSAGE to ALL of MANKIND; Why we should FEAR what we BELIEVE”! (Part 373)
Every EMOTIONAL VIBRATION we have is DESIGNED to help us to SURVIVE here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
Every EMOTIONAL VIBRATION has a SPECIFIC PURPOSE and is DESIGNED to help us COMMUNICATE here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
One such EMOTION is the VIBRATION we call FEAR.
FEAR when UNDERSTOOD as being our FRIEND and NOT our ENEMY can give us INFORMATION that will STOP us from both PHYSICAL and MENTAL HARM.
FEAR is a POWERFUL EMOTIONAL VIBRATION which like all EMOTIONS is DRIVEN bu what we BELIEVE to be TRUE.
A prime EXAMPLE of this is if we BELIEVE that the PHYSICAL DOMAIN we live in is a place of PAIN and CONFUSION and that we can never have PEACE or HAPPINESS until we DIE and go to HEAVEN!
Another EXAMPLE of how a BELIEF can cause us to be CONTROLLED is in our VIEW of either being SUPERIOR or INFERIOR to another HUMAN BEING!
Here are a few others;
1) The colour of my SKIN or others SKIN colour makes me SUPERIOR or INFERIOR!
2) My BELIEF in GOD and how I worship him is the only way for HUMAN BEINGS to BELIEVE!
3) That unless I have WEALTH or POPULARITY I cannot be HAPPY!
4) I REQUIRE to be in LOVE and to be LOVED to be HAPPY!
5) That others must CHANGE how they BEHAVE before I will be HAPPY!
We can ADD more and more to the above LIST but for now this should be enough for us to APPRECIATE why we should FEAR what we BELIEVE.

“WHY DO WE”? (DAY 3); Why do we FEAR CHANGE?”
FEAR of CHANGE has taken away our most precious moments as we prevent our LIFE from progressing.
FEAR of CHANGE is a certain sign that our THINKING MINDS are controlling our every move.
FEAR of CHANGE has kept people living in oppressed situations.
FEAR of CHANGE brings upon us a great strain on our nervous systems because as LIFE is passing us bye we are still holding onto what is no longer ALIVE or has any place in the PRESENT and is dead in that it does not exist except in the mind of the individual.
FEAR of CHANGE is actually a FEAR of LIFE itself or in more precise terms a lack of TRUST in LIFE.
The lack of TRUST in LIFE makes us confused and allows our THINKING MIND to delay any kind of CHANGE other than what it can comprehend.
This comprehension is based and is totally limited to what it considers to be important.
TRUST is to depend on something or someone.
TRUST is a belief in the UNSEEN or that which we cannot SEE.
TRUST is to allow our HEARTS and MINDS to be open to CHANGE.
When TRUST is not there FEAR quickly takes its place.
You cannot TRUST and have FEAR at the same time.
If we allow FEAR to or to rely on our PAST knowledge alone we then close the door to TRUST.
In any RELATIONSHIP which points out or focuses on PAST events does not allow that RELATIONSHIP to flourish.
We then become cynical about LIFE and develop a greater reliance on our THINKING MIND for ALL our answers.
The way to overcome FEAR is to understand that the THINKING MIND is NOT “who we are.”
TRUST in LIFE then replaces FEAR of LIFE.
TRUST in LIFE then begins or recommences our journey and we move forward in COMPLETE HARMONY with what IS and not with what WAS.
When we first began our journey here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN we TRUSTED completely in LIFE but as we grew into adults we were taught to rely on or to TRUST in our THINKING MIND.
FEAR is not REAL so therefore cannot give us PEACE.

Within the pages of this newspaper there are hundreds of articles pertaining to how we must not rely or TRUST on our THINKING MINDS and to understand that LIFE is always CHANGING.
The only CONSTANT in LIFE is CHANGE.
For LIFE to be TRUSTED we must TEST it out.
We can ALL do that right NOW.
When we take our next breath of air let us realise what an incredible thing we are doing.
Just breathe in and as we do so just feel how much it gives us LIFE.
Then look at the Sun or the Moon and how amazing they are and you will SEE and FEEL that LIFE is fantastic and not something to be FEARED.
Do not think about what you are doing, just ALLOW yourself the great privilege of of being part of ALL that IS.
It is FREE and available at ALL times to every HUMAN BEING.

Every EMOTION we have is our FRIEND.
Every piece of INFORMATION allows us to CHOOSE our DESTINY.
