How important is our outward appearance, is our Topic today.
The emphasis that is made by the world at large, to how they look physically is amazing.
The amount of money and time that is spent on how we look, is beyond reason.
The time that is spent trying to remain young – is it wise?
They are effecting our health both physically and mentally
Physical looks, are something that have obsessed the world from ancient times, right up to the present day.
The non-acceptance of how we are, is becoming an obsession.
What do we hope to achieve?
What can it do for you?
If it makes us feel better – how long for?
All these and many more questions, must be asked.
The reasons for how we look externally are connected to how we feel within.
The world does not honour age.
The world makes us feel as if there is something wrong with us, if we are not incredibly thin, or good looking.
How sad that we take it all so seriously.
It is insanity, to believe that how old we are, is a failing.
To make out we are not one of the beautiful people, is laughable to say the least.
Unfortunately, it’s a big issue in the lives of those people, who believe that it is important.
It can even lead to such things as depression and suicide.
The side effects of this thinking are causing mayhem everywhere we look.
It’s all about “who we think we are”.
This keeps us back from, “Real Reality”.
“Real Reality”, is anything that the “illusion” does, to keep us from what is REAL.
The world that the “illusion focuses on, is only real in the mind and sub-conscious of the “illusion”, thus, it is not a true reality.
We all get caught up in this if we, believe we are, what we are not .
This will as time goes on, help you towards understanding, this great principle.

PSYCHEGNOSIS put’s it all into its proper perspective as we begin to understand – that we are not “who we think we are”.
In fact, we will look at what we once thought to be all important, will make us wonder, why we ever behaved that way.
The removal of our thinking and replacing it with observing is the key.
The exciting part comes, when we realise that require no effort to be at PEACE.
Our present values, are controlled by our “illusion”.
Thinking we are our vibrational output is the problem.
