Health Adventure : The Power is in the air we Breathe and in understanding “who we are not”.
Our third day of our 30 Day Adventure is about what is required to bring about permanent lasting Health for ALL Mankind.
Those who have chosen to take part in the Experiment have been given two exercises that will begin the change within their bodies and minds.
The first of these is the Breathing Exercise and the second of them is the first part of Observance, which is to Observe our blood flow.
Both of these Exercises are an absolute necessity to do every day during the 30 Day Experiment.
We ask that these exercises take place BEFORE READING the daily articles as well as their collective NEW TASKS.
Without actually doing these Exercises there WILL be no change.
They are the “doing” part of the Experiment.
They will enact an understanding of what is being revealed and are the basis that will give those who put them into practise the PROMISES MADE OF TAKING PART IN THE EXPERIMENT.
The importance of what the Law of PSYCHEGNOSIS can offer Mankind was beautifully presented in an article in February 2009.
We shall be looking into what it said over the next couple of days.

How can PSYCHEGNOSIS save Hospitals time and money?
If the World does not do something soon it will collapse under the strain financially.
This Epidemic of illness is not physical.
It is based on THOUGHT.
Thinking is causing our bodily systems to believe they are ill.
The treatment rooms are full to capacity, with people all over the world thinking themselves to death.
We all can relate to someone we know that falls into that scenario.
They talk constantly about how bad they feel.
They believe every word of their story, that they repeat over and over again.
In actual fact, they are not to blame.
They have been taken over by “who they believe they are” .
From an early age they have been taught that how they felt was who they were.
What is the solution?
How much longer can this go on, before we take constructive action?
PSYCHEGNOSIS is at this moment looking to train within hospitals and other institutions.
The position is dire and, until now, there was no solution.
It is a guarantee from the Editors of PSYCHEGNOSIS that it is possible to stem the tide.
After all, everything else has had very little impact.
It is costing more and more everywhere in the world.

It has been said in times past – If we change our thinking, the World will change – what is more TRUE is, that if we can experience, then share the benefits, of how “not to think” the change will be amazing.

The Headline we have given today says ; The Power is in the air we Breathe and in understanding “who we are not”.
What does this mean?
The key word is Power.
Power is the force that puts into action those necessary ingredients that make up the changes required that will bring about permanent good Health.
This Power is in the air we BREATHE.
As we shall discover over the remainder of this 30 day investigation into Health we are the air we Breathe.
When we realise that the source of Power is the air we BREATHE we can overcome the illnesses and the Diseases that are part of our Physical bodies.
We shall never understand that we are what we BREATHE without first discovering “who we are not”.
That is a fundamental part of what this Experiment is ALL about.
Without understanding “who we are not” we cannot comprehend that “we are” what we BREATHE. It is as it IS.
