What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from? : Absolute Truth – when being Positive is being Negative
One of the major obstacles preventing Mankind from finding Peace and ultimately not finding any kind of Absolute Truth is our inane desire to be right.
This lust for being correct allows ourselves privileges and aspirations that cause mayhem not only in our own nervous systems but to ALL those people who we profess to Love. Positive thinking is the culprit.
We are as we have done so over the last few days been reviewing our article titled – Absolute-Truth – what is it? from Friday, February 20TH 2009. and we ask that a printout of Days 53 and 54 accompany this publication.
It will make more of an impact if we have done so.
The next statement explains what happens to Mankind when they believe they are correct.
Let us begin :
“All these points are illustrated by the fact that it was once held that the Earth was flat.
We would have been taught in our schools pf learning this so called Truth.
The Scientists of the day all agreed the Earth was flat.
Our Religion would have disowned us if we had said anything different.
So what does make something an Absolute Truth?
When we refuse to accept -WHAT IS-, for in not accepting it as it “IS”, it brings us great unhappiness.
When we focus on -“WHO WE THINK WE ARE”- it will cause confusion and disarray”.
What Science has proven since time immemorial, is the uncertainty of everything.
Proof of this Statement is available in Historical memoirs and writings dating back as much as 5 thousand yrs.
What was considered then to be an Absolute Truth has been proven by new evidence, to be the exact opposite of what was once considered to be fact.
The most famous of these is illustrated in the above Statement concerning the Earth being flat and not spherical.
This belief held Mankind back in progressing in Science, and in the field of Religion, for thousands of years.
Mankind embraced this so called Truth, and believed that everything revolved round the Earth.
If anyone suggested anything different, they were cast out of society, as well as their Religion.
The insane need to be correct, is the reason Mankind is not progressing.
This desire to be correct applies today, the same as in the times we professed the Earth to be flat.
Positive Thinking cannot change what IS.
Positive Thinking is part of our insane desire to be correct, and is the “illusions” ace card.
Our minds are amazing but they are only informational storage units.
Our minds can remember what it has been taught, but is only a part of our communication system.
Our minds were not designed to be our controllers.
Our mind is our friend, not our ruler.
The facts are, that Mankind can never achieve the Peace or the Truth of anything, when it relys on the Thinking Mind for the answers.
No amount of Positive Thinking can achieve peace.
Those who are advocates of the mind being “who we are”, will be horrified at this Statement.
We shall explain our reasons for what we have written.
When we take anything we have been taught as being the ultimate in Truth, it is dangerous.
When we take what has happened to us as our map of what it is going to be in the Future, it is dangerous.
Life exists NOW in the PRESENT, and not in our mind (PAST and FUTURE).
The Emotions we think as being the only source of Truth, is equivalent to believing the Earth to be flat.
We shall never find the real Truth of anything, while we depend on our Emotions, as being the guiding light.
Positive Thinking is also a false light which will lead us into further darkness.
It has caused disarray and depression as well as insanity.
The facts are, that we need to realise the danger of Positive Thinking.
The importance put on this must not be underestimated.
The minds of men are like a gun that has gone out of control.
The minds of men are PROGRAMMED to BELIEVE their every whim.
When we believe we are right about anything – our mind is in control of who we think we are.
Being right about something, is the cause of Wars, not only between Nations but in our nervous system which becomes confused.
This confusion is a direct result of what we have decided is going to be the case – no matter what.
This is the insanity of having to be correct.
The barrier we have caused by our belief in what our mind has told us, can instantly be lifted.
The closed mind that we have, can be opened in an instant.
The damaging effects of our Positive Thinking, can be erased immediately.
We can be Free from the insanity of having to be right ALL the time – RIGHT NOW!
All we have to do is realise we are NOT, “who we think we are”.
This realisation will reveal to us. that we are not our Emotions.
Then we can begin to see things as they are, and not as we think they are. It is as it IS.
