What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from? : Our Health – Jealousy is an Obsession !
The Emotion of Jealousy has given us a grounding in who “we are not”, and if anyone doubts what PSYCHEGNOSIS has revealed, they must read today’s article.
Jealousy is an Obsession and ALL Obsessions are a form of Insanity.
Insanity means out of touch with Reality, or in the term we use in our articles, not as it “IS”.
The “IS” meaning not acceptant or resisting what is actually happening at that moment in time.
Insanity is commonplace in the Physical World
Obsession is dwelling on a thought.
Obsession in any form is dangerous because it turns thoughts into a “STORY” that takes over the running of our Physical and Mental World.
Obsession is the result of believing “we are” what our thoughts are telling us.
The result of Obsession in any kind of Relationship leads to pain.
This pain is a constant reminder of being out of Synchronicity (Synchronicity means – the relation that exists when things occur at the same time – Ed ) with all that IS.
This pain will never leave while we believe “we are” the Obsession.
Pain in the sense of what we are talking about here is felt in our body by a tightening in our chests.
This tightening affects our overall Mental and Physical health.
This tightening is a major cause of ALL disorder and disease.
This tightening feeling is effectively poisoning our Physical and Mental states and is a form of Self-destruction.
The mayhem caused by Jealousy is beyond comprehension.
Any Relationship that has Jealousy in it, can never find Peace unless the Obsession is understood for what it “IS”.
Peace is Freedom from our Obsessive behaviour.
What can we do about Obsession?
What can we do about another persons Obsession?
What can we do about having the tightening pain removed from our chests?
What can we do to open up the Communication between our Physical Self and our Real Self?
These Questions are answered by simply Realising we and everyone with an Obsessive behaviour, – are not the Obsession!
The tightening pain is instantly removed, when we Realise that Jealousy is an Obsession and therefore is not REAL.
This then allows us to observe our Obsessive feelings of Jealousy within ourselves and others as the INSANITY that it “IS”.

We can be FREE from the shackles of Obsessive behaviour – instantly.
Jealousy will not DOMINATE our lives.
We shall live life as it was meant to be, and not in an Eternal round of constantly repeating the same pain that results in Jealousy and other Obsessions. It is as it “IS”.
We shall leave our discussion at this point but there is much more to be revealed about Jealousy and we shall be following this theme for a few more days yet.
