What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from? : Guilt explained like never before.
Guilt is something that is connected to who we think we are and is equivalent to a Cancerous growth within the Physical body.
As in a Cancerous growth it is part of ourself only in the way that it has grown into our Sub-conscious and we believe it is who we are.
Today we shall explain Guilt as it has never been explained before.
Our article on Day 20 gives us some Questions that we shall be discussing over the next few days.
If we are serious about finding out about Guilt we should review Day 20 before commencing on today’s discussion.
We start with Question one :
1) What is Guilt and why is it an Emotion?
Guilt is an Experience that has either happened or has not yet happened or as in most cases events that are never going to happen.
It is an Emotion.
Interesting?
When we say what is Guilt and why is it an Emotion we answer the Question for ourselves.
Questions are the key to understanding anything.
Questions unveil the errors of what we believe about anything.
Questions are the curse of those that advocate the Thinking Mind as being who we are.
So good questions to ask are :
Is Guilt an Emotion?
Followed by another Question :
Why do I allow Guilt to give me pain?
By asking these Questions we are accessing the un-seen World and not our Thinking Minds.
If we try and use our Thinking Minds to answer – confusion will be the result.
Guilt is an Experience that has either happened in a past event or it is an Experience that has yet to happen.
The other Guilt Experience relates to things that are never likely to happen.
All Experiences from the Past or Future Events have either happened or they have yet to occur.
To be concerned about these events are insane.
We shall explain why?
The Past was an experience that happened.
The Future is an Experience that has not happened.
To say we should carry Guilt because of events that have happened or not happened needs to be Questioned – so we shall now do that :
Why do I concern myself with something that i cannot do anything about?
And the next Question should be :
Was it who I am now or was who I was then?
The answer to both Questions are plain to see!
When we ask these Questions we should then go and DO what we can DO to rectify or clear up any situation there and then.
If, as in most cases of Guilt it is not possible to even apoligise – we should then not concern ourselves in any way.
If others wish to hold our Past or any Future decision we may make against us that is their issue – not ours.
These Questions will liberate us instantly and the realisation of the insanity of Guilt will become obvious.
This is in Religious terms – forgiving oneself but we say here at Psychegnosis News it is a major move towards creating sanity in our lives.
Insane behaviour stems from insane thoughts.
Insane thoughts stem from insane beliefs.
Insane beliefs can be instantly changed but only when we realise our belief in our thoughts and Emotions – BEING WHO WE ARE are the source of the INSANITY.
Mans insane desire to change who we are by delving into our Experiences are only increasing the insanity.
To say for example that when we were teenagers we told everyone we hated our parents that we should be still holding onto that Guilt – is insanity.
It we when we first fell into the powerful Emotion that Love is we said things in the heat of the moment and still feel Guilt – this is insanity.
We are not our Emotions.
All events in the Past are not who we are NOW.
They are who we were then if we need an answer.
So how can we find out anything about who we were then, when we are a different person NOW to who we were then?
These are important STATEMENTS and they reveal the insanity of holding onto the feeling of Guilt.
Of course we reiterate that if we can do anything possible to rectify an issue – we should take action there and then.
We are not our Guilt because our Guilt is only an Experience that stemmed from an Emotion that happened at that time.
We are not any Emotion.
We are Creative beings and Emotions are not who we are.
If we do hold any Emotion as being who we are it will destroy us. It is as it IS.
