Throughout our lives here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN and within each TRANSMUTATION from a child into our old age, we are constantly changing in both our PHYSICAL and MENTAL states!
What we see in the mirror is a product of millions of years of EVOLUTION that was INHERITED both from our ANCESTORS and our previous TRANSMUTATIONS that we have undergone here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN!
This world we live upon has also undergone CONSTANT CHANGES over BILLIONS of years of EVOLUTION.
During the various TRANSFORMATIONS we have experienced we have gathered more and more INFORMATION.
The ROLE our PHYSICAL BODY has been DESIGNATED is to take the VIBRATIONAL IMPULSES and store them within our SUB-CONSCIOUS so that we can choose our DESTINY.
This makes every HUMAN BEING totally unique because of the CHOICES that are made from the stored INFORMATION within both our CONSCIOUS and SUB-CONSCIOUS.
We (MANKIND) are amazing creatures and have the opportunity to CHANGE our lives in an INSTANT but unfortunately very few of us actually do, as we are SWEPT along with VIBRATIONAL IMPULSES that we BELIEVE is “who we are”!
The REASON that we are being CONTROLLED by our EMOTIONAL VIBRATIONS is simply answered when we REALISE that we have been PROGRAMMED by our PARENTS – SOCIETY and the TEACHINGS of those within our SCHOOLS and UNIVERSITIES.
The FACTS are that every move we make and every thought we have is a PROCESS that has been fed to us from the moment we ENTERED the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
The UNDERSTANDING that our PHYSICAL BODY is only a VEHICLE that we have ENTERED to take us through various EXPERIENCES will FREE us from the INSANITY of our BRAINWASHED CONDITIONING.
This simple CHANGE in our BELIEF will take us from DARKNESS into LIGHT and from PAIN and CONFUSION into PEACE and TRANQUILITY in an INSTANT.
The moment we do so we will STOP being at WAR with our EMOTIONAL IMPULSES and bring about the FREE GIFT of GRATITUDE.

We continue our INVESTIGATION into the reason we as HUMAN BEINGS have the CURSE of PROCRASTINATION during our JOURNEY here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
Our theme is focused on the INSANITIES that result from being PROCRASTINATORS and why we must have complete and utter ACCEPTANCE that every HUMAN BEING and especially OUR-SELVES are in a BRAINWASHED CONDITION!
One of the PHENOMENAL changes that we will EXPERIENCE when we COMPLETELY ACCEPT that we are indeed BRAINWASHED is that we will receive a FREE GIFT – GRATITUDE!
Yes, GRATITUDE cannot be EXPERIENCED until we have complete and utter ACCEPTANCE of everything within the PHYSICAL DOMAIN!
This GIFT is a return to when we first entered the PHYSICAL DOMAIN as a tiny CHILD and when we were UNTAINTED by the TEACHINGS and PHILOSOPHIES that we would eventually BLIND us to the REALITY of our EXISTENCE!
GRATITUDE along with our PHYSICAL BODY is a FREE GIFT and complete and utter ACCEPTANCE of what “IS” is the KEY to this FREE GIFT!
The QUESTION we must now ask is; WHAT CAN I DO TO BECOME ACCEPTANT?
Well the simple ANSWER is; WE MUST BECOME HUMBLE!
The first step we make towards HUMILITY can only be ACHIEVED when we become OPEN MINDED!
This is why we ASK every HUMAN BEING to ALLOW their EXISTING BELIEFS to be set aside and put “The LAW of PSYCHEGNOSIS” to the TEST!

“SPECIAL MESSAGE to ALL of MANKIND; What is GRATITUDE and why it is a FREE GIFT”! (Part 228)
One RESULT from REALISING that our EMOTIONAL OUTPUT is NOT “who we are” is “GRATITUDE”.
Those who are CONNECTED to their EMOTIONAL OUTPUT cannot EXPERIENCE “GRATITUDE”.
The REASON that they cannot EXPERIENCE GRATITUDE is due to not being able to COMPREHEND that their EMOTIONAL OUTPUT is not “who they are”.
The FACTS are that when we ALLOW our EMOTIONAL OUTPUT to be our GUIDING LIGHT, we are UNABLE to SEE LIFE as it “IS”.
The FACTS are that our EMOTIONAL OUTPUT is only CONCERNED with what it WANTS and is OBLIVIOUS to REALITY of LIFE.
Our EMOTIONAL OUTPUT is our SOURCE of INFORMATION but has MISTAKENLY been given the ROLE of “who we are”.
This ROLE has been TAUGHT to us from the moment we ENTERED the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
It is ENTRENCHED in the SUB-CONSCIOUS of all HUMAN BEINGS in every SOCIETY and is the FOUNDATION of PSYCHIATRY and PHILOSOPHY and every other THERAPY.
We TEACH our CHILDREN that they are BAD if they have BAD THOUGHTS.
We TEACH our CHILDREN that “they are” how they THINK.
We TEACH those who are DEPRESSED that “they are” their EMOTIONAL OUTPUT and that they must MEDICATE – MEDITATE and ANALYSE their EMOTIONAL OUTPUT.
No wonder we (MANKIND) have never had PEACE.
No wonder we are CONFUSED.
No wonder we are UNABLE to be HAPPY for very long.
No wonder that we have so many DIS-ORDERS within our NERVOUS SYSTEM.
No wonder we cannot have GRATITUDE.
GRATITUDE is a FREE GIFT!
This FREE GIFT can only be EXPERIENCED when we are FULLY AWARE that our EMOTIONAL OUTPUT along with our PHYSICAL BODY and MIND are not “who we are”.

“One IDENTITY Day (15); GRATITUDE is a FREE GIFT, when we become HUMBLE”.
GRATITUDE is the greatest of ALL CHANGES that will result from our participation in this 30 DAY EXPERIMENT.
GRATITUDE is NOT an EMOTION.
GRATITUDE is complete acceptance of everything that LIFE has on offer .
GRATITUDE can only be had when we realise we are not our THINKING MIND.
ALL so called GRATITUDE experienced before we come to the knowledge of “who we are not” is NOT REAL GRATITUDE.
GRATITUDE is the outward expression of PEACE.
GRATITUDE and PEACE are one and the SAME.
PEACE and GRATITUDE cannot be SEEN.
DAY 15 of our EXPERIMENT has brought those who are participating with sincerity to the point where they are able to evaluate the CHANGES that their NERVOUS systems are having.
We have discussed 6 CHANGES and it would be extremely helpful for EVERY READER to review DAY 8 to 14, so that they can have a greater understanding of the information within these articles.
Below in BOLD TYPE is CHANGE number 7;
7) “GRATITUDE for our PHYSICAL BODY, which will allow LIFE to enter our nervous systems”.
GRATITUDE for EVERYTHING including the so called BAD things we EXPERIENCE in LIFE will become part of “who we TRULY are”.
It is the FINAL and MOST IMPORTANT of ALL CHANGES felt.
It cannot be had by those who still BELIEVE they are their “STORY”.
It cannot be had by those who are controlled by their THINKING MIND.
It cannot be EXPERIENCED unless we understand 100% that our EMOTIONS and FEELINGS as well as our PAST life are “not who we are”.
REAL GRATITUDE is FEELING GRATEFUL ALL of the TIME for being alive.
REAL GRATITUDE is when we stop EXPERIENCING “confusion or pain”.
REAL GRATITUDE comes into our nervous system every time we see our “STORY” as just being a “STORY” and not “who we are”.
REAL GRATITUDE has entered our lives when we are NOT bored or feel that life could be better than it IS.
REAL GRATITUDE is when we OBSERVE others and realise that they are ALSO caught up in their “STORY” as being “who they are.”
REAL GRATITUDE is when we realise that THE PRESENT MOMENT is ALL that matters and that the PAST and FUTURE are but “illusions”.
REAL GRATITUDE can only enter when we STOP JUDGING ourselves and our fellow man and by realising that we have NO CONTROL over how we feel.
THE MOST IMPORTANT KEY TO HAVING GRATITUDE IS HUMILITY.
What is HUMILITY?
The best way to describe HUMILITY is that we FORSAKE OUR “STORY” COMPLETELY as being the most important thing in our lives.
There have been many many readers and that includes many many readers who are now reading this article, who are only reading this newspaper the Psychegnosis News so that they can repair or fix their “STORY”.
Even those who are ADVENTURERS just SEE what they require to STRENGTHEN their “STORY”.
At the beginning of the 30 DAY ADVENTURE into having “ONE IDENTITY” every individual was asked to do certain things so that they would be able to receive certain promises in return.
They were asked to READ the ARTICLES and DO their ASSIGNMENTS first thing each day before DOING ANYTHING else.
This was to happen for the 30 DAYS no matter what so that they would be given maximum results.
The commitment was to take the first 15 to 20 minutes of each day and the promise in return was that they would have PEACE from the PAIN and CONFUSION of that day.
Those who have done so have planted the seed and developed HUMILITY.
Those who have not done so or who have only READ it when it fitted in with their “STORY” have not got HUMILITY because they have used their STORY as the reason for not fulfilling their commitment.
HUMILITY is the final hurdle in gaining “ONE IDENTITY” and for those ADVENTURERS who have taken it seriously and NOT ALLOWED their “STORY” to be their focus GRATITUDE has been given to them ABSOLUTELY FREE.
There is no other way to receive GRATITUDE.
We are FREED instantly from our pain and confusion without any effort whatsoever.
We will have GRATITUDE as our CONSTANT COMPANION.
GRATITUDE and HUMILITY are one and the same – they are both outward EXAMPLES of PEACE in our LIVES.
GRATITUDE will leave us if we do not have HUMILITY. It is as it IS.
