“The TIME has Come”;Why we REQUIRE NO EFFORT to be FREE from PAIN and CONFUSION.(Part 311)
Here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN we as HUMAN BEINGS are SUBJECT to what is called CAUSE and EFFECT.
ALL of NATURE is SUBJECT to CAUSE and EFFECT.
When we want to have an EFFECT on SOMETHING PHYSICAL, we CAUSE that PHYSICAL OBJECT to CHANGE.
It REQUIRES a PHYSICAL EFFORT to bring about the CHANGES within the STRUCTURE of the PHYSICAL OBJECT.
This is TRUE of ALL MATERIAL OBJECTS.
The PROBLEM with CAUSE and EFFECT is that it has been used to try and CHANGE how we FEEL as HUMAN BEINGS.
ALL of MANKINDS SOLUTIONS for our HAPPINESS is RELIANT on PHYSICAL EFFORT.
What we at Psychegnosis News would like to DECLARE at this TIME is that we will never DISCOVER or be FREE from our MENTAL PAIN and CONFUSION if we CONTINUE to BELIEVE that our VIBRATIONS are “who we are”.
UNLESS, we REALISE and become AWARE that our VIBRATIONAL INFORMATION is our GREATEST ALLY and NOT some CURSE, we will CONTINUE to PERPETUATE the PAIN and CONFUSION that PREVENTS us from having PEACE.
The CAUSE and EFFECT of BELIEVING our VIBRATIONAL INFORMATION is BAD is the REASON we have PAIN and CONFUSION.
If we CHANGE our VIEWPOINT on our VIBRATIONAL INFORMATION, we will then be FREE from the CONSEQUENCES of our BELIEF that our VIBRATIONS are the CAUSE of our UN-HAPPINESS.
This CHANGE requires NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER.
NONE.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Just AWARENESS that our VIBRATIONS are NOT “who we are”.
Therein lieth the MIRACLE.
The KEY to HAPPINESS is AWARENESS.
The BARRIER to our HAPPINESS is INSTANTLY REMOVED when we become AWARE of our INSANE BELIEF that our VIBRATIONS are the PROBLEM.
We will be FREE to have LIFE and to have it more ABUNDANTLY.
This is a PROMISE.
The IMPORTANCE of AWARENESS cannot be STRESSED ENOUGH.

Over the past few days we have looked at and discussed the Questions posed on Day 29.
Today we are going to elaborate on the 5th Question which will complete all the answers.
We ask that for ALL readers to fully understand this new information that they have the printouts of all the articles from Day 20 at the ready so that they can see everything as it was intended.
The last of the 5 Questions is:
5) Can I make a difference in the quality of the cells that make up who I am?
When we look at the Questions over the last 5 days they ALL ask us to become more aware as our Headline states it is the Key to having better Health.
Awareness of “who we are not”.
That my seem a contradiction when we first read it but as we have continuously said in our previous articles it is a fundamental part of understanding what the message of PSYCHEGNOSIS is.
This awareness will FREE us from the consequences of our belief that “we are” our Emotions.
Of course our Emotions exist, that is not what we are attempting to prove.
Of course our Emotions tell us we are alive here in the Physical domain.
Of course we are individual Beings existing in a World of other individual Beings.
We should be thankful for our Emotions but we are not our Emotions at the same time.
When it comes to having the 100% Health promised, it is extremely important to be aware of – “who we are not”.
This will then allow our Emotions to be our greatest friend, rather than our greatest enemy.
This can only be understood, when we put it to the test.
When we make no effort other than Observing it frees up our Thinking Mind into becoming our greatest ally, which allows the changes we require within our Cellular system.
No effort is the EXACT opposite of what our Thinking Mind will tell us we should do.
How and why do we make no effort?
We make no effort because our Emotions need no effort.
How we make no effort is by simply allowing our Emotions to take their place amongst our other bodily functions.
By making no effort we see the Emotions for what they are – Emotions.
When we become AWARE that our Physical body is an amazing conglomeration of intelligent individual working parts that we are inhabiting here in the Physical Domain, it will make us FREE.
We can then enjoy the World we are visiting, rather than be a slave to every Emotion that we are experiencing.
We shall be FREE from the nonsense of believing we are – our “STORY”.
We can have our “STORY” because they are what we have Experienced.
We can have our “STORY” without connecting them as being “who we really are”.
We can then allow our “STORY” to be what it is – a “STORY”.
When we become aware of our Thinking Mind being a storage and information centre, we instantly become FREE and allow our Thinking Mind to do what it was designed to be – our Thinking Mind.
When we are aware of ALL the above, we then become FREE to have our incredible communication system working at its maximum intake of Cells.
It requires no effort other than Observance and being aware of what “IS”.END of NOVEMBER 2009 ARTICLE.
The only REQUIREMENT to have PEACE from our THINKING MIMD is to become AWARE that our THINKING MIND is NOT the PROBLEM.
The PROBLEM is also NOT OUR VIBRATIONS.
The PROBLEM is NOT our LIFE SITUATION.
The ANSWER is to BECOME AWARE.
Are you AWARE of the SOLUTION?
If NOT, we can say NO MORE at this TIME. “It is as it IS”.
