Dear Editor,
I am enjoying the articles that are being sent and the 30 day adventure.
I find that a lot of things that are written about are helping me in everyday life but I do have lapses with my thinking and found myself going way back down hill.
As I save all the articles that are sent I sit at night and read through the whole lot to get back on track again.
Sometimes my nerves are all mucked up.
Is it normal to experience so many emotions all at once, while changing the way I am?
I need some help here as I don’t fully understand why, but I am sure that I will understand why at some point during the next adventure.
What I honestly believe is that we/I are here for another purpose not just to eat sleep live and die.
I have spoken about Psychegnosis News to a few of my friends and shown them the articles and they have also read them with great interest.
I would like to thank you for all the articles and for your help and I hope it will continue on until I’m free from my thoughts.

We at Psychegnosis News would like to acknowledge how difficult it can be to leave our “STORY” behind us.
We are aware that it is perhaps simple to say but when we have been involved with continuous assaults on our nervous systems with powerful Vibrational Emotions for years and years it can be very difficult to let go.
This letting go of our “STORY” is the most relevant part pertaining to our Adventurers Testimony.
The pain of becoming aware of who we thought we were leaves a void or a feeling of loss.
This is normal.
This void is where we once had pain.
That pain was our “STORY”.
We miss the pain because the pain was our “STORY”.
It is the same as an abused spouse who misses the pain inflicted on them and continues to stay in a Relationship that is obviously abusive.
We can ALL tell of people who are so involved with their pain but can we see the same connection – to our own “STORY”.
We find it easy to tell others to stop believing their “STORY” but when it comes to ours – we do not want to let go .
Stop and go over the last few sentences and ask yourself this Question – am I still holding onto my “STORY”?
The great thing about the above Testimonial is that the realisation is there of how her thoughts are Creating the pain.
This is why pain exists.
It is part of our learning and Transformation.
It is a reminder of “who we are”.
When we neglect “who we are” for “who we are not” – the result is pain and confusion.
Without pain we would not know Peace.
In the Physical World we dwell on there is a need for opposites in ALL things. It is as it IS.END OF JUNE 2009 ARTICLE.
The THINKING MIND has controlled the HEARTS and MINDS of MANKIND for MILLIONS of years so it is little wonder that HUMAN BEINGS are having such EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS.
We have the SOLUTION.
PSYCHEGNOSIS is the SOLUTION.
Those who put us to the TEST will know for them-selves. It is as it “IS”.
