1)” It is important to understand that our body and mind are only part of our Physical self and not “who we are”.
2) It is very important to understand that our “STORY” is not “who we are”.
3) It is also very important to observe our whole bodily systems and realise how well they work when we do not bombard it with our thoughts.
4) It is imperative that we Live our lives in such a way that we are not constantly relating to the Past as our guide to what is possible.
5) The importance of being PRESENT at ALL times cannot be stressed enough.
6) We must study the facts that modern Science has revealed and realise that we are constantly changing and renewing our Cellular system.
7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.
8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.
This is imperative for the changes to take affect.
9) We are a product of our Thinking Mind and our beliefs which are stored in our Sub-conscious and we must realise that by observing we can initiate any changes in our lives we desire.
10) We must TRUST that we cannot rely anymore on our Thinking Mind to answer our Health issues.
It has had its chance.
11) “If it is to BE it is up to me”.

Our PHYSICAL BODY is an AMAZING CONGLOMERATION of INFORMATION which is so INTRICATE in its NATURE it will take MILLIONS of years of ANALYSING to DISCOVER its FULL POTENTIAL.
The CONSTANT INFORMATION that is being VIBRATED through our NERVOUS SYSTEM is our COMMUNICATION LINK between our REAL SELF and the PHYSICAL WORLD we entered when we ARRIVED from the UN-SEEN DOMAIN.
One of the GREATEST and most POWERFUL REVELATIONS that has been REVEALED from this NEWSPAPER the PSYCHEGNOSIS NEWS is that we as INDIVIDUALS EXISTED before we were BORN here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
When this INFORMATION is UNDERSTOOD, it will be easy to COMPREHEND that we are NOT our PHYSICAL BODY and that the VIBRATIONS we are receiving CONSTANTLY is NOT who we TRULY are.
We are TRULY much better than we THINK we are.
We are JOINT CREATORS with NATURE.

We as HUMAN BEINGS can achieve great things if we REALISE that we are NOT our PHYSICAL BODY.

The Emotions of Life Investigated – where can we find out “who we are”?
This question is perhaps the most intriguing question that we as Human Beings have asked, as we try to come to terms with what is life about, here in the Physical domain.
The driving force behind this yearning has haunted mankind since the beginning of time.
Why then is it so elusive?
The reason Psychegnosis News is being published, is to explain to the World exactly how to find out “who we are” by realising “who we are not”.
We ask that we ALL realise that this quest can be found out in an instant, when we understand that fundamental Truth of PSYCHEGNOSIS itself.
The Truth of “who we are”, can be DISCOVERED only when we start looking in the right place for this vital information.
So before we look any further, we quote the 8th Mission Statement :
8. PSYCHEGNOSIS will be taken to the World and taught so that mankind can access and find out “who they truly are” rather than “who they are not”!
The Law of PSYCHEGNOSIS has at its very roots the explanation of finding out where to find out “who we are”.
This is why we are online each day bringing mankind the knowledge of “who we are not”.
All the books that are written including the numerous self help books and motivational seminars are sincerely trying to help find out “who we are”.
These methods have little lasting affect and take a great deal of effort – by understanding “who we are not”, NO EFFORT IS REQUIRED!
The problem is, that we(mankind), have been looking for this vital information in the wrong place – “within our Emotions and experiences here in the Physical World”.
We are trying to find out through our Thinking Mind, and the Thinking Mind has not got the answer, because it is designed to answer only questions it has experienced within the Physical World .
As we have revealed, it is only a storage unit for information, and not a source for “who we are”.
So we can look for “who we are” for ever and a day and we will still be confused, because the information for “who we are” CANNOT be FOUND, where we(mankind) are looking for it.
The facts are that it is an insane behaviour to continue looking for something somewhere, when it is obviously NOT where we are looking.
The Thinking Mind is trying its best, but is overburdened with a question, that it simply has NO answer to.
It is equivalent to looking for a recipe for making steak meals, in a book for Vegetarians – It does NOT exist!
So where do we find “who we are”?
We find it by realising that we are NOT from the Physical World.
That we are NOT our emotions.
That we are constantly changing from day to day.
That our experiences are “not who we are”.
When we stop asking everyone else, and start to realise that our potential is NOT so mundane as existing simply to eat, sleep and die believing “we are” our mind.
Finally, in realising that we can find Peace in LIFE, as it IS – INSTANTLY!
As the 8th Mission Statement says; the Human race will find out this information of “who we are”, by finding out “who we are not”!
It will be taught to ALL of mankind. It is as it “IS”.END OF AUGUST 2009 ARTICLE.
The EVIDENCE that our PHYSICAL BODY is NOT “who we are” is in OBSERVING the actions of our BEHAVIOUR, and those of our fellow HUMAN BEINGS.
The EVIDENCE is as it “IS”.
