Our 11 STEP MENU for PEACE will RESULT in PEACE for EVERY HUMAN BEING without EXCEPTION.
It is IMPORTANT that we LEARN the 11 STEP MENU that is why we REPEAT it at the BEGINNING of EACH ARTICLE.

1)” It is important to understand that our body and mind are only part of our Physical self and not “who we are”.

6) We must study the facts that modern Science has revealed and realise that we are constantly changing and renewing our Cellular system.
7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.
8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.
This is imperative for the changes to take effect.
9) We are a product of our Thinking Mind and our beliefs which are stored in our Sub-conscious and we must realise that by observing we can initiate any changes in our lives we desire.
10) We must TRUST that we cannot rely anymore on our Thinking Mind to answer our Health issues.
It has had its chance.

7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.
Every STEP in our MENU for PEACE has the POTENTIAL to have an EVERLASTING CHANGE RESULT within our SUB-CONSCIOUS that will give us PEACE beyond our wildest dreams.
The FACTS are that is is IMPOSSIBLE not to EXPERIENCE CHANGE, when we SINCERELY put our FULL MENU to the TEST.
We (ALL MANKIND) are NOT at FAULT for what we have BELIEVED but we are at FAULT the MOMENT we UNDERSTAND we are NOT at FAULT..
These STATEMENTS may seem CONTRADICTORY but when we REALISE that our EMOTIONS and EXPERIENCES are DUE to our BELIEVING them to be “who we are”, they will become clear.

What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from? : Guilt & Health. Part 1 – “We desire that ALL Mankind take heed”.
Over the next few days, we will be dividing this special section on Health about becoming Free from the problems that Guilt has on our Physical and Mental Health into a number of parts.
Part 1 – “We desire that ALL Mankind take heed”.
When we analyse Guilt, we shall see how it has affected our Health in every way.
When we look at the facts we shall see the result of Guilt in both our Physical and Mental conditions.
The results of having Guilt is killing people in their millions every day.
“We desire that ALL Mankind take heed”.

We can then have a better understanding of what Guilt is and how we are conditioned by it in our lives.
It is very important to understand and our very lives are at stake.

The way Guilt has a major eafect on our overall condition is evident when we look at the many illnesses that are a result of how we think.
It is a well known fact that when we are happy, illness does not have the same consequences, as when we are supposedly depressed for example.
We are less likely to contact contagious diseases such as colds or flu when we are happy within.

Our upbringing has Guilt written all over it.
When we talk to one another in any way it is laced with the Vibration of Guilt.
As we converse with our children, we are Vibrating Guilt.
When we communicate with our parents, we return a whining pleading undertone, laced with Guilt.
When we are taught in our Schools and Colleges we have undertones that are spreading Vibrations of Guilt.
Guilt is an epidemic, and must be stopped.
“We desire All Mankind to take heed”.
We do not realise we are doing ALL of what we are saying in the above situation – but we are.
We are controlled by our Vibrations, but only because we have been taught that we are our Vibrations.
Let us be reminded that Vibrations are the way we learn anything new.
It is the way we as Humans relate to each other.
It is the most powerful of ALL communications.
Every time we receive a Vibration, we have an affect like an x-ray on our bodies.

When we talk, it is a Vibration.
The power of our words can cause chaos inside the mind and nervous system of those that we are communicating with.
They are Vibrations and are the cause of good Health or they can be the cause of bad Health.
“We desire All Mankind to take heed”.
When we came into the Physical World we were perfect in the sense that we carried no Guilt with us.
We had a character which is our Ego.
This Ego was our individuality, we had in the unseen World.
It is “who we are”.
When we say that this is “who we are”, it means exactly that.
We are if you like, visiting the Physical World after we had developed in the Un-Seen World.
We were perfect.
“We desire All Mankind to take heed”.
When we realise that our REAL existence did not begin at birth or in the womb, it changes how we think about who we are.
This is vital information, because it allows us to become aware of the influence and choices, we can have over our overall Health.

We can Create, what we wish.
We can be, what we desire.
We are unique in that our lives can become what we chose.
Our Health is affected by the choices we make.
