As is the case with all the ARTICLES in this SECTION of our SERIES we ASK that we REVIEW the 11 STEP MENU to PEACE.
The IMPORTANCE of the MENU will become APPARENT if we ALLOW the INFORMATION to be part of our SUB-CONSCIOUS.
PLEASE READ AS IF IT WERE THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE DONE SO;
1)” It is important to understand that our body and mind are only part of our Physical self and not “who we are”.
2) It is very important to understand that our “STORY” is not “who we are”.
3) It is also very important to observe our whole bodily systems and realise how well they work when we do not bombard it with our thoughts.
4) It is imperative that we Live our lives in such a way that we are not constantly relating to the Past as our guide to what is possible.
5) The importance of being PRESENT at ALL times cannot be stressed enough.
6) We must study the facts that modern Science has revealed and realise that we are constantly changing and renewing our Cellular system.
7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.
8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.
This is imperative for the changes to take effect.
9) We are a product of our Thinking Mind and our beliefs which are stored in our Sub-conscious and we must realise that by observing we can initiate any changes in our lives we desire.
10) We must TRUST that we cannot rely anymore on our Thinking Mind to answer our Health issues.
It has had its chance.
11) If it is to BE it is up to me”.

5) “The importance of being PRESENT at ALL times cannot be stressed enough”.
As the PAST is a DANGER, the PRESENT is a BLESSING.
Only the PRESENT has the POWER to OVERCOME the PAST.
The PRESENT is MANKIND’S PURE FOUNTAIN of KNOWLEDGE.
The PRESENT has within it the necessary INFORMATION to bring about PEACE, both on an INDIVIDUAL and GLOBAL LEVEL.
The PRESENT is our COMMUNICATION with the UN-SEEN WORLD, where we ORIGINATE from, and where we will RETURN too, when we LEAVE our PHYSICAL BODY.
The PRESENT is the ONLY “TIME” that EXISTS and is the ONLY “TIME” when we can PROGRESS.
The PAST is GONE and the FUTURE has not HAPPENED.
The PRESENT is our “TIME” to CREATE the VIBRATIONAL FORCES that ALLOWS PEACE to ENTER our NERVOUS SYSTEM.
The PAST and the FUTURE are mere “illusions”, whereas, the PRESENT is the only REALITY that EXISTS.
Our HEALTH can only be HELPED in the PRESENT.
Our HEALTH is AFFECTED by the PAST and the FUTURE.
To better APPRECIATE the IMPORTANCE of our 5th STEP in our 11 STEP MENU, we ask that we READ the following PUBLICATION taken from our OCTOBER 2009 article.

“What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from? : Health and PSYCHEGNOSIS are one and the same”.
Today and over the next week or so we shall be looking at an issue that effects ALL Mankind – Health.
We are living in a Physical World and we are subject to the frailties and the constant changes that are part and parcel of life.
We depend on our bodies to exist here on the Physical plain and without good Health life can become more difficult.
We shall discuss what part PSYCHEGNOSIS can play in maximising our chances of having better Health.
Life itself is to short and there is not much time between being young and becoming old.
All we have to do is look in our memories to see that it seems only yesterday that we were with our parents and attending school.
When we see that our childhood and teenage years have disappeared into what seems to be but a fleeting moment – we are shocked.
Life itself seems to speed up the older we become.
The longer we delay looking at the effects out Thinking Minds have over our Health – time itself will catch up on us and it will be to late.
Scientific research tell us that we have a Physical reaction every time we have an Emotion pass through our systems.
This is easily proven by just having a thought about something that we dislike or something that we like.
Our nervous systems immediately have some form of reaction that spreads throughout our whole bodies.
These are our communicative signals telling us that what we are experiencing at that particular moment.
They are incredible and very powerful.
We are ALL affected by our Emotions and this is the way it should be.
When we have a thought we experience a chemical reaction that has an effect on our overall Health.
This affect can be either detrimental to our Health or it can be beneficial to our Health.
We are the masters of the cause and effect that exists in the Physical World none more so than within our bodies.
These are proven beyond any doubt by simply bringing forth any thought – try it and watch what happens.
When we believe that our thoughts are “who we are” and therefore the Emotions that give us the chemical reaction within our nervous systems we are in trouble, very serious trouble.
This is why PSYCHEGNOSIS can Free everyone instantly from the serious damage that results by a thought that is out of control.
Our thoughts are only doing what they are allowed to do.
When we give them our permission to be “who we are “they take over the running of our whole bodies
We at Psychegnosis News will be able to help in understanding that we are killing ourselves each and every minute we give over our the running of our Health to our Thinking Minds.
This is important information because by realising what PSYCHEGNOSIS has revealed we can allow our systems the FREEDOM to be as they were meant to be.
Our systems would then just fall into line – without any effort.
This no effort is how it should be.
Effort is always Mind based and is necessary for accomplishing a Physical task but it is not necessary for achieving Physical and Mental balance.
Our amazing anatomy with its incredible communicative systems can operate without any effort.
The results are incredible when we realise that “we are not” our Emotions.
Effort must replaced by Observance.
Observance replaces the maniacal results that happen by believing we are our Emotions. It is as it “IS”. END OF THE OCTOBER 2009 ARTICLE.
Only OBSERVANCE in the PRESENT can FREE us from the DANGER of the PAST, and the UNCERTAINTY of the FUTURE.
The PRESENT is our INSPIRATIONAL VIBRATIONAL FORCE, and is the MOST POWERFUL WEAPON we have to OVERCOME the NON-SENSE of our BELIEF that the THINKING MIND is “who we are”.
We DESIRE ALL of MANKIND to REALISE the POWER of the PRESENT. It is as it “IS”.
