3) It is also very important to observe our whole bodily systems and realise how well they work when we do not bombard it with our thoughts.
4) It is imperative that we Live our lives in such a way that we are not constantly relating to the Past as our guide to what is possible.
5) The importance of being PRESENT at ALL times cannot be stressed enough.
6) We must study the facts that modern Science has revealed and realise that we are constantly changing and renewing our Cellular system.
7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.
8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.
This is imperative for the changes to take effect.
9) We are a product of our Thinking Mind and our beliefs which are stored in our Sub-conscious and we must realise that by observing we can initiate any changes in our lives we desire.
10) We must TRUST that we cannot rely anymore on our Thinking Mind to answer our Health issues.
It has had its chance.

What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from? : “Analysis Paralysis is an Addictive Behaviour.”
When we at Psychegnosis News first published in January of this year we never realised that we would be writing an article each day bringing new information to the World.
We thought that we would be using existing information and reporting it to our readership.
This has not been the case as the reporting of Mankinds understanding of “who we are not” is almost non-existent.
This is quite amazing when we look at ALL the many books and Seminars that have been given over the last 6 thousand years.
Even on the Internet where there are a plethora of information it is almost impossible to find information that pertains to what this newspaper has revealed each day since we began.
We repeat that it is amazing that this is the case – but it is a FACT.
This has led the Editor to have to bring our readers the important message of who “we are not” each day in as many varied articles as the Un-Seen World has permitted him.
Those of us that are involved are Truly humbled that we are nearing 300 (NOW ALMOST 900) articles which have information that is not available anywhere else in the World.
We ask that those who read this do so with an open mind and ask this Question as you do so :
“DOES THESE ARTICLES GIVE ME A FEELING OF PEACE AND DURING READING THEM DO I FEEL A SENSE OF FREEDOM FROM MY THINKING MIND”?
We would like ALL Mankind to understand that what we believe affects our Health and well Being in ways that will astonish them.
Today we shall discuss the chaos caused by having the belief that “we are” our PAST.
It will shock us what chaos that this has caused in the World we live in.
Our focus is on Mankind’s obsession with our PAST being “who we are”.
This obsession has become an addiction, as we increasingly delve deeper and deeper into our PAST experiences.
We look at our experiences and analyse them in great detail trying to find out “who we are”.
This leads to insanity and is the most dangerous addiction that exists on the planet!
It is impossible to find out “who we are” in the PAST because the PAST was “who we were” then and “who we are now” is “not who we were” then.
There are those readers amongst us who are saying that its NOT EASY to understand because their connnection to their “STORY” is in control.
It is very simple : we are not “who we think” we were or are “we who we think” we are now we will not be “who think we shall be” in the future unless we realise that we are “not who we think we are” – NOW.
When we state the above we ask that we look at how complicated our PAST really is.
It is a complete chaos of experiences that relate to the time we spent doing what we were doing at that time.
It has no significance whatsoever to “who we are”today except that they were what we experienced then.
It does have a bearing on how we behave today but it is “not who we are.”
Over the next few days we are going to investigate how Mankind has been involved in insane behaviours by their belief in our past being “who we are”.
When we see how this belief has caused mayhem we shall be amazed at why there is not more of what Psychegnosis News has revealed.
We finish of with a statement taken from the dictionary about what it is like to have Analysis Paralysis :
“Analysis paralysis is a phrase that describes a situation where the opportunity cost of decision analysis exceeds the benefits that could be gained by enacting some decision, or an informal or non-deterministic situation where the sheer quantity of analysis overwhelms the decision making process itself, thus preventing a decision.
The phrase applies to any situation where analysis may be applied to help make a decision.”
