Our 11 STEP MENU for PEACE continues today and we ask that we ALL REVIEW the CONTENTS so that we can appreciate the IMPORTANCE of the INFORMATION we are about to LEARN.
PLEASE READ AS IF IT WERE THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE DONE SO.
WE BEGIN ;
1)” It is important to understand that our body and mind are only part of our Physical self and not “who we are”.
2) It is very important to understand that our Story is not “who we are”.
3) It is also very important to observe our whole bodily systems and realise how well they work when we do not bombard it with our thoughts.
4) It is imperative that we Live our lives in such a way that we are not constantly relating to the Past as our guide to what is possible.
5) The importance of being PRESENT at ALL times cannot be stressed enough.
6) We must study the facts that modern Science has revealed and realise that we are constantly changing and renewing our Cellular system.
7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.
8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.
This is imperative for the changes to take effect.
9) We are a product of our Thinking Mind and our beliefs which are stored in our Sub-conscious and we must realise that by observing we can initiate any changes in our lives we desire.
10) We must TRUST that we cannot rely anymore on our Thinking Mind to answer our Health issues.
It has had its chance.
11) If it is to BE it is up to me”.

Within STATEMENT NUMBER 3 in our 11 DECLARATIONS we have VITAL INFORMATION that will CHANGE how MANKIND looks at HEALTH FOREVER.
The way MANKIND is TREATING our HEALTH ISSUES has given every COMMUNITY in every COUNTRY a BURDEN that is CRIPPLING the ECONOMIES and OVERWHELMING those who are within HOSPITALS and CLINICS.
The INSANE FOCUS on trying to SOLVE EMOTIONAL ISSUES that REQUIRE ABSOLUTELY NO TREATMENT will NEVER bring about any OTHER RESULTS other than MORE CHAOS and CONFUSION.
Our HUMAN BODY is an amazing CONGLOMERATION of INFORMATION that has the CAPABILITY to HEAL ITSELF if it is not INTERFERED WITH in the PROCESS.
The END RESULT of TREATING our EMOTIONAL INFORMATION with MEDICATION and PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION will lead to more and more INSANITY.
Our “STORY” will take EACH and EVERY HUMAN BEING a LIFETIME to try and UNRAVEL EVERY EMOTIONAL ISSUE and STILL will never DISCOVER PEACE.
It is INSANE to TREAT our EMOTIONAL INFORMATION as the PROBLEM.

“Testimonies from our 30 Day Adventure – the amazing power of Observance”.
As each day passes life brings on new Emotional experiences that constantly remind us that we are alive.
These amazing feelings are our connection with the Physical world we dwell on.
They are indeed a Miracle and it is perfectly understandable that they have been mistaken for who we are by Mankind in every Continent on our beautiful Planet.
We at Psychegnosis News would like to offer our sincere heartfelt understanding that it is no ones fault for mistaking our Emotions for being who we are.
What we reveal here in the Psychegnosis News is the key to instantly becoming Free from the pain that is the only result from being connected to our Emotions as being who we are.
The first 30 day Adventure explains in exact detail how the Law of Psychegnosis works.
One of our Adventurers whose name is withheld at this time explains how their experience of part of the programme, has had an incredible impact on her daily life.
We shall give you a taste of the Testimony as well as an explanation of what the 30 day Adventure has in store for those who decide to participate.

When I was asking the questions in the mirror, there are two questions that made me realise the insanity of how my behaviour was affected, as well others around me, by their connection to our Emotions, being “who we are”.
Here are the two questions.
1) Question 12 ( Do I realise that my life is not about trying to be happy all the time, but is simply to be part of LIFE itself, which includes ALL EMOTIONS?)
This QUESTION has helped me loads after the past week, and what has been going on in my life.and that question which I needed to just observe, helped me deal with the current situation, and understand that everything doesn’t have to be hunky dorey all the time.
I feel the emotions built up inside me, whether I am happy or sad with the current situation, and I observe.
2) Also question 11, ( When I am being focused on how I’m being wronged or misunderstood by those around me, do I realise that they cannot help
their behaviour?)
Ha ha!
I do know he cannot help his behaviour, and sometimes I laugh when I see him go on like that, because from what I know of this adventure, I only wish he did!!
These questions along with the rest of the Adventure have been miraculous to say the least.

We would like to thank our Adventurer for her Testimonial, and her insight into how its effects have brought the Miracle of Observance into her Life.
We have added the questions within the Statements to help our readers to exactly what our ADVENTURER was referring to.
We shall discuss the Questions in some detail, so that we can be aware just how powerful and life changing the 30 day Adventure is.
The first of these questions is number 12 ;
“Do I realise that my life is not about trying to be happy all the time, but is simply to be part of LIFE itself, which includes ALL EMOTIONS”?
How powerful this Question is, as is all questions asked in the 30 day Adventure – it is proven, by its openness and simplicity.
There is no demand.
No chanting.
No expectations.
Just a simple remark of realisation.
It is a replacement Question for what the Thinking Mind would ask.
The Thinking Mind would ask Questions like the following.
Why am I not happy?
Why do people make me unhappy?
Why am I a bad person?
Why is life picking on me all the time?
Why me,why me, why ME.
The Thinking Mind does not have the answer, so it cannot give the answer.
It was designed to store information.
Let us now return to the Question as it was asked, and explain how it is not the same as our Thinking Mind.
Life is not to seek being happy all the time.
It is so we can Experience Transformation.
Seeking to be happy all the time is why we are unhappy.
This is why we are constantly looking for more.
This Life is an Experience not something to constantly seek out being happy.
The strange thing is when we realise this important truth – we become instantly happy ALL the time.
The second part is Question 11 in the Adventure ( there are 19 Questions in the first Adventure. Editor) is;
“When I am being focused on how I’m being wronged or misunderstood by those around me, do I realise that they cannot help their behaviour?”
Its an amazing Question to ask, because it does not react to the Emotion by believing it, or by telling yourself that you have to quell it.
It simply says do I realise that those who are supposedly hurting me, are not in control of their actions, and cannot help their behaviour.
It then becomes what it IS – simply an Emotion, that is controlling the person that is trying to be hurtful.
We then are Free from the insanity of reacting to the insanity.
Incredible, but as our Adventurer has verified – is True!
We then realise as our Adventurer realised, that this insanity, is insanity.
She then decided not to take part – as we shall!
It was easy to do this, because she has moved on from her reliance on the Thinking Mind being “who she is”.
She explains also her desire to help her attacker to be Free from his insanity.
That is True empathy.
We thank her for her Testimony.
So when we Observe the Question and not pre-judge, it we have disconnected ourselves from “being” that Emotion.
This Power is now squarely back to where we as Human Beings are not being controlled by that or any Emotion. This is how it IS.END OF SEPTEMBER 2009 ARTICLE.
OBSERVANCE of our EMOTIONAL VIBRATIONAL INFORMATION will bring about MIRACLES in our HEALTH, both on a PHYSICAL and MENTAL LEVEL.
OBSERVANCE will ALLOW the HUMAN BODY to HEAL itself!
OBSERVANCE is the KEY to finding PEACE.
We ASK every HUMAN BEING to put our CLAIM to the TEST starting from this MOMENT ONWARDS!
Our PROMISE is that PEACE will ENTER our PHYSICAL BODY INSTANTANEOUSLY, and we shall EXPERIENCE the power of LIFE ENTER our nervous system, and begin the HEALING PROCESS.
This is NO IDLE PROMISE. It is as it “IS”.
