Our 11 STEP MENU for PEACE continues today, and we ask that we ALL REVIEW the CONTENTS, so that we can appreciate the IMPORTANCE of the INFORMATION, we are about to LEARN.
PLEASE READ AS IF IT WERE THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE DONE SO.
WE BEGIN ;
1)” It is important to understand that our body and mind are only part of our Physical self and not “who we are”.
2) It is very important to understand that our Story is not “who we are”.
3) It is also very important to observe our whole bodily systems and realise how well they work when we do not bombard it with our thoughts.
4) It is imperative that we Live our lives in such a way that we are not constantly relating to the Past as our guide to what is possible.
5) The importance of being PRESENT at ALL times cannot be stressed enough.
6) We must study the facts that modern Science has revealed and realise that we are constantly changing and renewing our Cellular system.
7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.
8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.
This is imperative for the changes to take effect.
9) We are a product of our Thinking Mind and our beliefs which are stored in our Sub-conscious and we must realise that by observing we can initiate any changes in our lives we desire.
10) We must TRUST that we cannot rely anymore on our Thinking Mind to answer our Health issues.
It has had its chance.

What is a “STORY”?
What makes up a “STORY”?
Where does any “STORY” BEGIN?
These QUESTIONS are IMPORTANT to ANSWER if we are to APPRECIATE why we BEHAVE the way BEHAVE.
A “STORY” is INFORMATION.
INFORMATION is a VIBRATION.
A VIBRATION is the RESULT of an EXPERIENCE.
An EXPERIENCE is an EMOTION.
So a “STORY” is INFORMATION based on an EMOTIONAL VIBRATION that we have EXPERIENCED.
INFORMATION is vital here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
Every RELIGION and every TRADITION we have is INFORMATION.
Every RIGHT or WRONG ACTION is based on INFORMATION.
Every time we REACT to SOMEONE or SOMETHING it is BASED on INFORMATION.
We are OUR “STORY” due to the INFORMATION our “STORY” CONTAINS.

“Why can we resist everything – except Temptation”?
This twist on words is our topic today but has great meaning connected to it.
Temptation is our downfall or our barrier from peace.
Temptation has ruined many a reputation.
How can understanding PSYCHEGNOSIS help us all to overcome Temptation?
So why can we not overcome temptation?
We shall give the answers today.
Every human being is subject to Temptation.
There is nothing wrong with Temptation.
It inspires us all to make things better in the physical world.
Temptation is an emotion.
Temptation is only a thought that has been made into our “STORY”.
Our “STORY” is made up of a desire.
This desire is then focused on by our mind.
The more we allow our thinking to dominate our minds the more powerful the temptation becomes.
These Temptations become our hobbies.
They are important to making our world a place of great diversity.
The problem that we all have is – are we in control?
If we are connected to the Temptation, then we are not in control.
PSYCHEGNOSIS allows us all, the way to regain control of Temptation.
All effort is useless against Temptation, because effort requires thought.
The Temptation becomes stronger, because it is only a thought that has become a Temptation.
All Temptations have their own “STORY”.
Our “STORY” must not be continuously told, if we are to regain control of our temptations.
The “STORY” is the “illusions” way of controlling us all.
When we realise that “we are” not our thoughts, we become Free.
They are but mere ideas, that have become a “STORY”.
This “STORY” is mistaken for “who we think we are”.
Stop telling the “STORY”.
You are not your “STORY”.
PSYCHEGNOSIS is a Law that explains the way to have peace in our lives.
Peace does not have a “STORY”.
Peace does not Judge.
Peace is not attributed to emotion.
When we have peace, we have acceptance.
Peace is not based on thought.
Peace is living life.
Peace remains at all times, be they good, or bad times.
We ask that we stop believing our “STORY”.
It blocks our way to peace.
Those of our readers amongst us who have experienced peace, will understand these words.

EVERY “STORY” is INFORMATION.
EVERY HUMAN BEING has a “STORY”.
We are RELIANT on INFORMATION so that we can EXIST here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
The INFORMATION that is CONTAINED within this newspaper, will FREE us from the INFORMATION that “we are” our INFORMATION.
The IMPORTANCE of STATEMENT NUMBER 2 on our MENU for PEACE should not be UNDERESTIMATED.
Those who UNDERSTAND will UNDERSTAND. It is as it “IS”.
