SELF-SABOTAGE is prevalent in our LIVES and EVERY HUMAN BEING has EXPERIENCED its DREADFUL ACTIONS in their LIVES here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
Why do we SELF-SABOTAGE?
Why do we SELF-SABOTAGE our RELATIONSHIPS?
Why do we SELF-SABOTAGE our OPPORTUNITIES for SUCCESS?
Why do we SELF-SABOTAGE our PEACE?
The REASON as STATED in our HEADLINE is due to FEAR.
FEAR is the GREAT DE-MOTIVATOR.
FEAR is the REASON we PROCRASTINATE.
FEAR is the ULTIMATE REASON we SELF-SABOTAGE.

Self Sabotage – why do we do it?
We have all done it.
It may have been a relationship.
It may have been at work.
It may have been when we were good at a sport.
It may have been with a new friendship.
It always seems to happen when everything is going just fine.
Why do we do it?
This Question relates to an important reason for everyone to appreciate what PSYCHEGNOSIS has revealed.
Self Sabotage is connected to the “illusion” and its need to keep control.
Usually in all of the above situations – we are involved with change.
It also means we are living for that moment.
The “illusion” fears change because it needs to keep alive.
It cannot Exist on reality.
We as Humans live in a Universe that is constantly changing.
When we look back a few years at events in our lives we are amazed at how quickly life has passed us by.
Self Sabotage is usually – taking no action.
We intend to do so many things but we remain static as we get older.
It is not what we do in this life we regret – it’s what we don’t do.
The “illusion” has no present within, it only feels comfortable with past events and new situations are fearful because it is the unknown.
The best way to explain this is that our past has a reality only in our minds.
When we think of the past we are dealing with the known.
It is because we connect fear to all things unknown.
This fear tells us to not try this or that because it will lead to pain.
It tells us that a new relationship will end in pain.
It tells us that a new friendship will end in pain.
Fear makes us Self Sabotage.
PSYCHEGNOSIS when fully comprehended is all about enjoying life.
Within life there is no such thing as fear.
Life does not believe in failure.
It does not concern itself with success or failure.
It does not concern itself with what others think about them.
Life is the only fuel we need.
We are not the fear.
Fear is just a thought.
Fear is just an emotion.
Fear is what causes Self Sabotage.
When we connect who we are to our emotions we shall be ruled by these emotions.
When we realise that we are not our emotions we are free to live life.
The message of today is – life is to short and its not what we do in life we regret, it is what we don’t do.
The real search in life is not to find out “who you are”.
It is impossible to find out who you are.
The only reality we need to discover is the person “we are not”.
Therein lies the Secret.
