GRATITUDE is NOT an EMOTION.
GRATITUDE cannot be UNDERSTOOD by those who BELIEVE they are their THINKING MINDS.
GRATITUDE is a FREE GIFT we receive when we become AWARE that LIFE and EVERYTHING in LIFE is part of a GREATER PLAN.
GRATITUDE IS PEACE PERSONIFIED.
Within the TEACHINGS of MANKIND there is an extremely DILUTED form of GRATITUDE which when INVESTIGATED will REVEAL that is based on having EVENTS go “our way”.
In FACT it is not GRATITUDE we EXPERIENCE but is an EMOTION our THINKING MIND has told us so that our “STORY” of HOW LIFE should be is EXPANDED.
GRATITUDE for EVERYTHING in LIFE will bring upon us a PEACE beyond ANYTHING we have EXPERIENCED or will EXPERIENCE while we are here in the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.
As part of our SERIES we are looking at PREVIOUS ARTICLES.

The beauty of Understanding PSYCHEGNOSIS is the feeling of Peace that Emanates from our Countenance when we Realise that we are not our
Thinking Minds.
Our Series on Freedom continues after we have covered 6 topics and a review of these will greatly enhance our Understanding of Freedom.
We at Psychegnosis News are Grateful and also Privileged to be part of bringing forth this amazing Law of the Universe.
The Importance of Gratitude in being Free off our Emotions is an Essential part in the Process of having complete Freedom.
Gratitude is an Antidote for the Poisonous Effects our Thinking Minds Cause to our Physical and Mental Bodies.
Our Thinking Minds are not to Blame they are simply doing the job we have Allowed them to do.
They are not Designed to Control “who we are”.
Gratitude illuminates the Insane Behaviours that happens when we Allow our Thoughts to be”who we are”.
Gratitude is our Helper in overcoming our Connection to our Thinking Mind.
Gratitude is not part of the “illusion”.
The Reason for that is that the “illusion” or our Emotions lose there Power and Influence when Gratitude is Present.
The “illusion” has no Growth of any kind when we bring Gratitude into the Scene.
It takes away the Strength and the Emotions are put back into their Proper Position within the HUMAN BODY.
We Feel Lighter.
When we Feel Lighter this is a Sign that our Connection to our Thinking Mind has eased and we are Returning to where we should be WHICH IS being part of Life.
When TRUE Gratitude is Introduced there is no better way of Freeing ourselves from the Thinking Mind and regaining Control of our Lives.
TRUE Gratitude is when we Genuinely feel Grateful not a feeling of feeling sorry for ourselves.
The “illusion” is Extremely Smart and Cunning and will fool us that we are Grateful when we are really only giving the “illusion” another avenue to grow.
The Lightness and the sudden feeling of Understanding is the way of having TRUE Gratitude.
Not a feeling of “well I just got my way out of that Problem again”, this is a misuse of Gratitude.
So beware of False Gratitude.
We repeat that Gratitude is a Unique MANIFESTATION of PEACE and is not an Emotion that is Self-Elevating.
It does not make the “illusion” Stronger but does in fact have the opposite Effect.
The Power of Gratitude cannot be ignored and is our greatest helper in detecting when we are being Controlled by our Thinking Mind.
That is why Gratitude is seldom used in the World we are ALL part of.
Let us Start today by being Thankful for what Nature has given us and the beauty of our surroundings.
This is a good way to start the Power of Gratitude.
We can then extend that Gratitude to those of our Family members and our friends.
TRUE Gratitude will then be become part of our lives.
Our life will then take away our focus on who “we think we are”.
We shall become Aware what whining creatures we had become while the “illusion” of our Thinking Mind had Control.
We shall have FREEDOM from our “illusion” and give our Thinking Mind back its place in the grand scheme of things.
Psychegnosis News would ask at this time that we ALL put TRUE Gratitude into Practise and bear the fruits of having it in our lives.
We at Psychegnosis News are Solution Orientated and say that we shall be known by our fruits.
