What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from? : Guilt & Health. Part 2.
Yesterday we discussed the first part of our look at Guilt & Health and the impact Guilt plays in the area of our Physical and Mental welfare.
We believe here at Psychegnosis News that the evidence is overwhelming in confirming how our thoughts and beliefs affect our overall Health and well being.
We also believe that Guilt is ingrained in our very D.N.A. and is effecting our Peace constantly.
We ask that we ALL print ALL the information from day 20 of the articles so that we can have a full explanation of where our thinking has an affect on every aspect of our Health.
When we are young we think we shall live forever. When we are older we realise that life is to short.
Where we are in any of these mindsets is important.
If for example we are young it perhaps won’t mean much because our Thinking Mind will say do something about your Health later because you are young and there is plenty of time.
On the other hand if we are older our Thinking Mind will have us believe there is nothing much we can do about our Health.
Every time we listen to our Thinking Mind makes each of the above mindsets become stronger.
The power we give to our Thinking Mind is causing chaos inside both our Physical and Mental worlds.
Physically our nervous system is constantly put under unnecessary pressure by assaults from our Thinking Mind going over Past or Future events.
These thoughts are causing Vibrational Guilt signals that create mayhem and disease in our cells.
Mentally when we are having these same Vibrational signals constantly occupying our every waking moment it is causing us to be confused and depressed.
Our Thinking Minds are not to blame.
Our Thinking Minds are causing the chaos because they are being allowed the running of who we are.
It does what what we tell it to do. It tries to find a solution to the constant Vibrational signals it is being asked.
It is not at fault.
When we observe this we instantly see our nervous system return to working as it was designed to do.
We then are FREE from what we have permitted to happen within both our Physical and Mental areas of our bodies.
It may seem simple but it is the Truth.
WE THEN REVERSE THE DAMAGE TO OUR NERVOUS SYSTEMS.
This startsthe instant we realise that it is possible.
Over the next few days we shall explain in more detail.
This is important information.
Why is it so simple we may ask?
Well the reason is that when we see things as they are our Thinking Mind suddenly stops looking for a solution.
When we realise our Thinking Mind is an information and storage unit of Experiences we feel instant PEACE.
This PEACE requires no effort because effort needs the Thinking Mind.
Effort is not required to have PEACE only observance of what IS.
The PEACE we talk about is Peace from who we think we are.
This is the key to instant Health.
We desire ALL mankind to be aware of this important Truth. It is as it IS.
