We are looking at “What can PSYCHEGNOSIS Free me from?” and it is Day 20 of our articles pertaining to what can we be FREE from.
The word FREE is the important part of the investigation and today’s topic is perhaps the most important thing we need to be FREE from – GUILT!
The word GUILT is deeply embedded in our Sub-conscious and is the cause of major trauma both in our Physical Bodies as well as having an affect on our Mental status.
Today we can be FREE from this epidemic that is affecting Mankind.
Guilt is only an Emotion.
What is Guilt?
Where does it derive from?
What part does it play in our lives?
Who says we should have Guilt?
What good does it do and when is it appropriate to have Guilt?
These are Questions that are relevant to us ALL so let us look at each of them individually :
1) What is Guilt and why is it an Emotion?
Guilt is an Experience that has either happened or has not yet happened or as in most cases events that are never going to happen.
It is an Emotion.

2) Where does it derive from?
The word derive means what is the source or where did it all start.
Guilt is part of the Past or the Future so therefore it has nothing to do with what is happening NOW.
It derives from our Past and Future.

3) What part does it play in our lives?
Guilt is laid on us by outside influences and unfortunately has affected everyone of us.
That is a fact.

4) Who says we should have Guilt?
This is perhaps the key information we need to know about Guilt.
Are we are the ones who allow Guilt?

5) What good does it do and when is it appropriate to have Guilt?
Guilt is an important part of our Psyche and is a necessary Emotion and when understood for what it IS becomes a great en-lightener.
It is a good thing when it is part of Reality but not when it effects Reality.

Guilt is an Emotion and is not who we are and is only appropriate when it affects what is happening NOW not as it was or will be.
We shall leave it there for NOW.
