Below we have a Testimony relating to a change that happens within our nervous system as our “STORY” is suddenly relegated to being what it IS – a “STORY”.
The Adventurer is happy to share her experience, but has decided at this point, to keep her name from being revealed at this time.

Let us begin with her own Experience during her involvement with reading the articles, and taking part in the first 30 day Adventure :
Dear Editor,
I am enjoying the articles that are being sent and the 30 day adventure.
I find that a lot of things that are written, are helping me in everyday life, but I do have lapses with my thinking, and find myself going way back down hill.
As I save all the articles that are sent each day, I sit at night and read through the whole lot, to get back on track again.
Sometimes, my nerves are all mucked up.
Is it normal to experience so many emotions all at once, while changing the way I am?
I need some help here, as I don’t fully understand why, but I am sure that I will understand why, at some point during the next adventure.
What I honestly believe is, that we/I are here for another purpose and not just to eat, sleep, live and die.
I have spoken about Psychegnosis News to a few of my friends, and shown them the articles, and they have also read them with great interest.
I would like to thank you for all the articles and for your help, and I hope it will continue on, until I’m free from my thoughts.

We at Psychegnosis News would like to acknowledge how difficult it can be to leave our “STORY” behind us.
We are aware that it is perhaps simple to say, but when we have been involved with continuous assaults on our nervous system, with powerful Vibrational Emotions for years and years, it can be very difficult to let go.
This letting go of her “STORY”, is the most relevant part pertaining to our Adventurers Testimony.
Becoming aware of “who we thought we were”, leaves a void or a feeling of loss.
This is normal.
This void is where we once had pain.
That pain was our “STORY”.
We miss the pain because the pain was our “STORY”.
It is the same as an abused spouse, who misses the pain inflicted on them, and continues to stay in a Relationship, that is obviously abusive.
We can ALL tell a story, of people who are so involved with returning to their pain, but can we see do the same, when we constantly return – to our own “STORY”?
We find it easy to tell others to stop believing their “STORY”, but when it comes to our own “STORY” – we do not want to let go .
Stop, and go over the last few sentences, and ask yourself this Question – am I still holding onto my “STORY”?
The great thing about the above Testimonial is, the realisation that her thoughts, are Creating the pain.
This is why pain exists.
It is part of our learning and Transformation.
It is a reminder of, “who we are”.
When we neglect “who we are” for “who we are not” – the result is, pain and confusion.
Without pain, we would not know Peace.
In the Pfysical World we dwell on, there is a need for an opposite in ALL things. It is as it IS.
